Administration throughout the user lifecycle
Business Microsoft 365 involves more than installing Office. User onboarding, licences, sign-ins, shared mailboxes, document sharing and employee departures need a clear process. Before changes, we review the existing tenant and separate daily administration from migrations and larger projects.
Security and backup based on actual needs
We review available licences and access settings and agree on suitable controls, such as MFA and limited administrator privileges. Retention and recovery for Exchange Online, OneDrive and SharePoint require a separate decision. Licence purchases, backup and migration are not automatically included in support; they are specified in the quote.
